
I have extensive experience offering both private and public workshops and sessions, primarily in Australia, and occasionally in Slovakia and Brazil. In Australia, I regularly held individual and group art and music therapy sessions and creative workshops, sometimes with ongoing students.
Since I am no longer residing in Australia, I now focus on online sessions, which allow me to continue providing creative and therapeutic support to clients wherever they are. Each session is tailored to the individual's interests, experience, and comfort with creativity, and may include elements of sound healing through carefully selected recordings.
I continue to offer private sessions online, and whenever I hold a new public workshop or weekly series, I announce it on my website and social media, so anyone interested can join or book a session.

Art Therapy helps people to use creativity and self-expression to support their mental health. There's growing evidence that art therapy helps conditions that relate to mood, such as anxiety and depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and similar disorders.
Sound Healing/ Sound Therapy uses aspects of music to improve physical and emotional health & well-being. Sound healing also helps reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. It balances and clears the mind, and leads to a renewed sense of purpose, well-being, calm, and happiness. Given that everything has a vibrational frequency, including ourselves, it makes sense that sound frequencies impact how we feel. Some people experience deep healing during sound therapy as the sound vibrations open, clear, and balance their chakras and release stuck energy. It helps clears energetic blockages. It's like "energetic deep tissue massage" that leaves you feeling balanced and recharged.
